RTR pre-race, course check. We will meet at 10:30am outside the Lee Valley Athletics Centre and slowly run/walk the course, cutting back overhanging branches, marking positions for marshals, litter picking and putting up pre-race notices. Many hands make light work, so please let us know if you can help by signing up on the club website.
Bring secateurs, loppers, gloves, bin bags if you have them.
