A winter running league with a mixture of cross-coauntry and road races culminating in a cross-country relay.

 

The races are normally held on Saturdays and occasionally Wednesdays.

  • Wed 14th October Redbridge Cycle Centre (Hog Hill) Senior Women and U14/16 girls START 7.30, Senior Men and U14/16 boys START 8pm . All Seniors and U14/16s run a measured 5k. Thanks to Loughton AC for on-the-day organisation
  • Sat 31st October, Eastbrookend Country Park trails (courtesy of BRR) Seniors (8k) start 11am: 5m: Race HQ Discovery Centre, The Chase, RM7 OSS
  • Sat 21st Nov 5m xc Trent Park EN4 0JZ (courtesy of Barnet &DAC, as part of their historic Fraternity and Sorority Cups) Seniors start at 1.45pm**NOTE EARLIER TIME**.
  • Weds 9th December LV Velopark Road Circuit E20 3AB. Senior Women and U14/16 girls and all U10/12s start 7.30pm, Senior Men and U14/16 boys start 8pm. Distances: U14/16/Seniors; measured 5k, U10/12s 2k (approx)
  • Sat 23th Jan: 5m xc Epping Forest, (Race HQ Orion Harriers, E4 7QJ) U10/12s (2k) start 10:30am, U14/16s (4k) and all seniors (8k) start 11am. All races are 100% on forest trails, marked with trail paper, well-marshalled and with NO road crossings. Further instructions via your TM.TRA ref:7613

  • Sat 13th March 4x3200m xc relays (U10/12s 4x2000) Wanstead Flats (courtesy of ELR) ALL start at 11.30am, followed by presentations for 2026/27 Venue Harrow Road Pavilion, E11 3QA
