Key points:
Race HQ - West Herts Sports Club, 8 Park Avenue, WD18 7HP. This is also the location of post-race nibbles and drinks.
The start/finish is at the eastern point of Cassiobury Park (across the streen or through the underpass from the race HQ - please the the map in the document by the link).
The course - one small loop inside the park, then the run to the forest, one forest loop and then the run back to the start (again - please see the map).
Please use your bibs given to you at the first race of the season or get new ones from the team captain if this is your first race of the season.
