For the longer run, there are may variations in Lee Valley Parks, turning at Whitewater Centre (https://gb.mapometer.com/running/route_5283643 ~ 10 miles), or turning at Fishers Green (https://gb.mapometer.com/running/route_5283642 ~12 miles), or Wildlife Benches (https://gb.mapometer.com/running/route_5345766 ~14 miles).

 

The featured run is an 18 miler, following the same route, however with an extension to Turnford (Slipe Lane) within the Lee Valley Park, and returning via Old Park Ride and Burnt Farm Ride.

Points to remember for club runs;

  • Look out for each other, and especially avoid runners becoming isolated (including the back marker).
