Kicking off Edmonton RC's focus on Mental Health Awareness Week - This will be our Green Mile "Minds for Miles" run.

Green Mile : "Miles for Minds"
After each mile (lap of Grovelands park, or Lake) we regroup and someone shares their running journey. Encourage a different person to talk each time.
1st mile : Share how running helps you.
2nd mile : Why do you run?
3rd mile : Something you think about whilst you are running.
4th mile : Something positive or kind to say to someone in the group.
5km Route - Grovelands Park
5km(ish) Grovelands Park Loop.
