You must wear ERC top. You will not be using the league bibs from the regular league races - the new relay bibs will be issued on the day.

Nearby stations are Leytonstone (central line) Wanstead Park (suffragette line) Forest Gate (Elizabeth Line). Many bus routes skirt Wanstead Flats.
Very limited parking at the venue (Charges apply). There is free street parking in the vicinity, but please reserve some time to find it and get to the start line in time.
The course is a flat 3.2km lap. It might be wet so trail shoes are preferable (but you can run in road shoes too).
Everyone who turns up will run (we might have an incomplete second/third team). We need to submit teams composition before the start so please do sign up if you plan to run.
