You must wear ERC top. Please use Chingford League bib you have. If it's your first race this season - you will get a new bib before the start.
Venue details: Race HQ, St Augustine's Hall, E9 5EG
Parking: there is no dedicated car park. Parking is possible in some local streets, but opportunities are scarce.
Public Transport: No Mildmay or Elizabeth Line next Saturday. Mile End, London Fields and Stratford International stations are all c 2k from the venue.
******Coping with the inevitable overcrowding:******
Spacious as Vicky Park's clubhouse may seem, it's not realistic for all 500+ runners to change and leave their stuff inside. If possible please avoid leaving bags inside Race HQ. There will be ERC flag and groundsheet by the finish area.
Extra toilets are available at the "Cafe Hub" in the park. Please note from the attached map that these are as near to the senior race start (by the garden of the People's Park Tavern) as Race HQ is. So please encourage runners to jog to those toilets rather than queuing unnecessarily in the clubhouse.
