You must wear ERC top.
11 am start for both ladies and men.
Race HQ - Orion Carriers Clubhouse, Bury Road, E4 7JQ.
Race start/finish - 5 minutes walk north from the clubhouse (just follow the crowd :)). We'll have flag/groundsheet near the start.
5 mile XC course - very muddy and hilly. Suitable for trail shoes and XC spikes, not suitable for road shoes.
