Run the River 10k is a fast, beginner-friendly off road course, starting and finishing at Lee Valley Athletics Centre, running along the River Lee. The race will start at 10:30am on **th -Oct-2026. Entry is £TBC for non affiliated runners and £TBC for affiliated. All participants will receive a medal, goody bag and one of our coveted Run the River T-Shirts.

Children's Fun Run (under 16 years of age): There will be a children's 1-mile fun run starting promptly at 10:00am. On the day entry only, for a small fee of £2, with all participants receiving a medal, snack and water. Please go to the Fun Run sign up by 9.50am to pay and receive your child's running number. Results will be published via a link on this page with running numbers and times only for safeguarding purposes.

In the last couple of years, this race has completely filled up before race day, so avoid disappointment by entering as soon as possible!

Please note the important update about our policy regarding those who have entered but subsequently are unable to participate in the race. In a nutshell, we can't offer refunds or deferrals but are happy for you organise the transfer your place to another runner by Friday 26th September 2025.
