To reduce the mileage - cut out the stables look and continue down Old Park Ride to Spurs.

To increase the mileage - why not the trail through Crews Hill golf club before heading past the garden centres to Burnt Farm Ride, or take in Archers Wood on the way back through Fory Hall Trail at the end of the run.
