Between May and September each summer we organise a monthly 5k race around Town Park in Enfield. Members of the club run this course with the aim of improving their 5k time, with trophies awarded to the male and female runners scoring the highest number of points in the series. Points are awarded based on age graded finish times. Each participant’s best three performances over the five race series make up their final score.
The event takes place on the first Tuesdays of the months of May, June, July, August and September. Dates for 2013 are:

- 4th June
- 2nd July
- 6th August
- 3rd September
The races start near the Cecil Road gate of the park (see map below) at 7:30pm prompt. Please try to arrive a bit beforehand to allow time for warming up and getting organised!
