The March core race is the Sandy 10 miler on 25th March. This race does fill up so members are urged to sign up now at:

Race Location
The race HQ is at Tewin Memorial Hall, Lower Green, Tewin, AL6 0JX: Race Location
This is a 30 minute drive from Enfield.

Transport
We will be meeting in the car park of Southbury Leisure Centre, and leaving at 9:00am. There is only limited parking at the race HQ so we need to share lifts where possible.

Race Detials
The race starts at 10:30am, and the start is a short walk from Race HQ over a stone and mud bridleway.

The course consists of two laps over varying terrain and includes stiles and gates, and is about 6 miles long. Studs or trail shoes are best suited to this course, spikes can be used however there is a short steep downhill section over concrete.

Facilities
There are limited toilet and changing facilities at Race HQ and no showers. No muddy footwear will be allowed here.

Refreshments will be available at Race HQ after the race.

On the tenth day of January in the year 2012 at 7.30 pm  there will be the Annual General Meeting of Edmonton Running Club at the club house.

All must endeavour to attend and refreshments will be provided.  Members are being sent the agenda and the various reports from the officers.
