If anyone is looking for a good 10k to do then the below link is for the Willow Foundation Race in the grounds of Hatfield House on October 7th. Its a mixture of some paths, woodland trails and running through farm land. Few hills thrown in too. Really nice, fun 10km run and Gill and I have done it the last couple of years. The Willow Foundation is set up by Bob Wilson for any of you Arsenal fans out there!

Hi,Anybody fancy doing canterbury half marathon ? Let me know thanks Tony
I’m entered, so is Marc and I think Marilyn and Bob are too.
Tony Bob and myself and Sally have all entered the canterbury half as well as Marc Bibauld, so will you?
How can I enter the half marathon?
Hi Anthony
This is supposed to be the cheapest way but I couldn’t get it to work for me:

This is the easiest way, which worked for me but cost a couple of quid more:

Good luck. Let others know how you get on.
Alas I cannot do the race as we are away and actually come back on the day of the race.
Would just like to wish Edmonton Running Club GOOD LUCK with the Run the river tomorrow we both hope all goes well, and we are disappointed not to be able to help out, but family committments prevents us from being there on the day Hope it is dry and hitch free
Anybody fancy doing the Luton marathon three stage relay on November 18th?
This involves running 1/3 of a marathon in a team of 3, so everybody runs approximately 8.75mi (14km).
With enough members of the club taking part we could have a few teams each with members of roughly equal pace.

Hi Marc, thanks for posting this. I would like to meet up on Monday and 9am is fine with me.
I’ll be heading straight to Watford as I will need to leave shortly after the race as I have a bit of work to do later.. on a bank holiday!
