    Track session 08/11/2018

I know how much everyone enjoys the Pyramids!!

800 metres at your 10k race pace.
    Jog lightly for two minutes.
400 metres at 5-K race speed.
    Jog lightly for 60 seconds.
200 metres at current one-mile race tempo
    Jog lightly for 30 seconds.
    1000 metres at 10k pace.
Jog easily for four minutes or rest.
    Repeat this 800-400-200-1000 pattern.

    Enjoy – I won’t be there.

I’m afraid the new Mapometer format doesn’t display road names readily. To see them you have to zoom in a lot.

    Whitewebbs – Sunday 14th October 2018

There will be no routes planned from Whitewebbs this Sunday as most members will be involved in helping at the club’s Run the River race.

If you have not yet volunteered either contact Lorraine or turn up at the Lea Valley Athletics Centre on the day (09.00) and I am sure your help will be appreciated.
